Safety operating procedures for brush cutters

As an efficient and convenient garden machinery, the brush cutter has a wide range of applications in forestry, horticulture, agriculture and other fields. Scope of Application

Preparation before operation

1. Check whether the components of the brush cutter are intact, whether the screws and nuts are loose, and whether the fuel leaks.
2. Check whether the blade has any gaps, cracks, bends, etc. If there are any abnormalities, replace it immediately
3. Check if there are any obstacles such as wires, stones, metal objects, etc. in the work area to ensure safe operation. three
4. Check if the brush cutter is in a horizontal position, if the fuel tank cap is open, and if the fuel is full.

Operation steps

1. Wear tight fitting long sleeved tops and pants, work gloves, safety helmets, anti slip work shoes, and protective goggles.
2. Place the brush cutter on a flat surface with the fuel tank cap facing upwards.
3. Check if the fuel tank cap and the surrounding area of the fuel filler are clean to prevent debris from entering the fuel tank
4. Pull out the starting rope until it can no longer be pulled, and wait for it to bounce back before quickly and forcefully pulling it out
5. Confirm that there are no idle personnel around and start the engine.
6. When starting the engine, ensure that the blades are off the ground.
7. Slowly pull out the starting rope until it can no longer be pulled, and then quickly and forcefully pull it out after it bounces back.
8. When there is no load, turn the throttle to the idle or low throttle position to prevent runaway; When working, increase the throttle.
9. When all the oil in the tank is used up and refilled, the manual oil pump should be pressurized at least 5 times before restarting.
10. Do not start the engine indoors.

Operation precautions

1. During homework, keep the brush cutter parallel to the ground and avoid tilting or shaking.
2. During homework, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or feet into the working area of the brush cutter.
3. It is strictly prohibited for operators to stand behind or work on the side of the machine.
4. It is strictly prohibited for multiple people to operate one brush cutter at the same time.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use the brush cutter for non specified purposes
